Computers For Children receives a substantial donation from the Western New York FORD Dealers 2009!

After applying for 8 years, CFC was recognized for its perseverance on Monday, June 29th at the FORD Stamping Plant on Woodlawn Ave., Lackawanna, NY with the award of a 2009 Ford Friendship Van. This 8-passenger van with enough room for light cargo will be the answer that was long awaited! Without our own vehicle, moving donated computers and youth to training programs has been an expensive and at times a painful experience. This generous donation will improve the quality of programs for our staff, youth, and volunteers for years to come. Once again, on behalf of the kids we serve, thank you to our friends at FORD, for recognizing the important mission we provide.
